Description:
A superb plaque from the Albion Pottery of Newcastle. In a pale orange lustre with relief moulded 'leaf' corners and wide borders surrounding the religious message and coloured garland incorporating the all seeing eye. Impressed mark to rear, sublime.
Circa 1865
Approx - 9.5 inches (240mm) wide x 8.5 inches (215mm) tall.
In good condition throughout with stable hairlines around top right corner.
